Choose a Hands-on Approach to Learning - Choose MI Safety for Standard First Aid Training

Edmonton and Devon residents who require a first aid certification course will be happy to know that MI Safety offers a hands-on Standard First Aid training class that is offered every Monday and Tuesday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm at their Devon location or by group booking in Edmonton or at a customer location.

Our Standard First Aid and CPR Level C Training Certification Course is a two day (16 hour) course including training on:

• Barriers to Action
• Disease Prevention
• Emergency Scene Management
• First Aid ABC's
• CPR and AED's
• Breathing and Cardiac Emergencies
• Primary and Secondary Survey
• Head and Spine Injuries
• Soft Tissue Injuries
• Bone Injuries
• Burns
• Poisons

At MI Safety, our Standard First Aid course includes CPR and AED training. While first aid is necessary for many jobs in Alberta, most of the time that CPR is performed it is on a close friend or family member. That is why it is important for everyone, and not just workers, to be able to know how to perform CPR.
