MI Safety Inc is pleased to announce that we are currently Fit Testing for the 3M dust masks required for workers who are returning to Fort McMurray. Because of the wild fires, there is still a lot of smoke and ash present at some locations, and workers need protection from these contaminates.
Currently the three masks required by the Oil Sands Operators are the:
We perform a Qualitative Fit Test on the three masks. The cost of the fit test is $75.00 per person, plus $19.95 for the three masks. You receive the masks after the test, as they cannot be re-used between workers. Call or email us to arrange a fit test. The test is available most days. The test takes about 30 minutes per workers and can be conducted at our Edmonton or Devon Location, or at your site.
